These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aqu999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by aqu999 at https://aqu999.net or any associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By accessing the aqu999 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aqu999 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the aqu999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and aqu999. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion or bonus terms, the specific promotion or bonus terms shall prevail to the extent of that conflict only.

aqu999 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on aqu999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. aqu999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be required at any stage of your relationship with the platform.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by bots, scripts, or automated systems are prohibited.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended aqu999 account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of aqu999 or any of its affiliated entities.

2.2 Registration Process

When completing the aqu999 registration form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address and/or mobile number). Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aqu999 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. aqu999 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify aqu999 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

aqu999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at the platform's discretion, you may be required to submit copies of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account in your name)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aqu999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Mobile financial service; instant deposits and withdrawals to the registered bKash wallet.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service; instant transactions.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service.
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service.
• Visa / Mastercard — International debit and credit cards denominated in BDT.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — Direct bank transfer via DBBL.

aqu999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Current available methods will always be displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on aqu999 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player account verification status. Verified accounts (KYC complete) benefit from higher transaction limits. Specific limits for each payment method are detailed within the cashier section of the platform.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to aqu999 are reviewed by the payments team within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are dispatched to the player's nominated payment method. Estimated arrival times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically credited within 30 minutes of dispatch, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank: 1–3 business days.

aqu999 does not charge internal fees for processing withdrawals. However, the player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which aqu999 accepts no responsibility.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

aqu999 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. aqu999 reserves the right to request additional documentation in relation to any transaction that triggers our internal risk monitoring protocols. Funds deposited on the platform must originate from sources that are lawful, legitimate, and owned by the registered account holder.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New aqu999 members are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, the deposit must meet the stated minimum threshold as communicated in the current welcome offer. The bonus will be credited to the player's bonus wallet automatically upon the qualifying deposit being confirmed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and free bet credits — are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements have been met in full, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are held in the bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each registered player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. A player who closes their account and re-registers is not entitled to a second welcome bonus. aqu999 uses account history, payment method records, device fingerprints, and IP addresses to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to registering duplicate accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

4.4 Promotion Amendments

aqu999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if circumstances require it (including but not limited to technical issues, suspected abuse, or regulatory considerations). Players who are mid-way through fulfilling wagering requirements at the time of a promotion's cancellation will have their individual circumstances assessed by the aqu999 support team on a case-by-case basis.

4.5 Seasonal and BPL Promotions

aqu999 regularly offers promotions tied to key dates in the Bangladeshi calendar and sporting calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, T20 World Cup, and IPL fixtures. These seasonal promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time of each offer.

5.1 General User Obligations

You agree to use the aqu999 platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without the express prior written consent of aqu999.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aqu999 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. Any bug discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Exploiting a bug — whether or not financial gain results — is a breach of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker-format games.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the funding of illegal enterprises.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aqu999 staff, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of the aqu999 platform or any game hosted thereon.
• Creating or using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate payment transactions processed by aqu999.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

aqu999 reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a breach of Section 5.2, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending account
• Forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance and any winnings derived from prohibited activity
• Withholding of the real-money balance pending investigation
• Reporting the incident to relevant financial institutions or law enforcement authorities

All intellectual property on the aqu999 platform — including but not limited to the aqu999 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game assets, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to aqu999 and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property legislation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aqu999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the aqu999 platform without the prior written consent of aqu999.

Game content available on the aqu999 platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO, among others. The intellectual property rights in each individual game title remain with the respective game studio. aqu999 does not assert ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of aqu999's intellectual property, or any intellectual property belonging to third-party game providers hosted on the platform, may result in account closure, legal action, or both.

The aqu999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While aqu999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates continuously, securely, and accurately, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or third-party network issues may affect availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aqu999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to access the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss or corruption of data arising from platform use
• Any technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome of a bet or game session
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank) that delay or prevent the processing of deposits or withdrawals

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, a game malfunction that produces an erroneous result, or a bonus credited in error — aqu999 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and correct the associated account balances. aqu999 will notify affected players promptly in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aqu999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your aqu999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period directly through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period has elapsed. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by aqu999

aqu999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player against aqu999
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that a duplicate account exists in contravention of Section 2.1
• Any activity that, in aqu999's reasonable judgement, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users

Where an account is closed by aqu999 due to a material breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method within 10 business days.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An aqu999 account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. aqu999 will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not cause the account balance to fall below zero. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
